What do you like best? I like that everyone can have access to the document and the search capabilities What do you dislike? I don’t like that you can’t edit if someone else is using the document. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just ensure you remember the number of the documents you need What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have misplaced files so this has helped to be able to print out the document needed

"Hard to Navigate but does the Job"

What do you like best? I like that the software is easily integrated into Microsoft Office and Outlook. It is easy to navigate between each. What do you dislike? The search functions within iManage are pretty poor. It is difficult to search for relevant documents with key terms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use iManage to store, organize, and maintain legal records. It is a great system for storing information.

What do you like best? This program was so thorough with all the information boxes to fill regarding a document. This made it very easy to input necessary information such as the person this document belonged to, what case it belonged to, if it was a new version of something, etc. I loved the fact that it kept everything so organized and it was so easy to find everything! What do you dislike? The program was integrated with our Microsoft Outlook email program so sometimes it would crash and ...
