Imagen was easy to set-up and does a great job of editing all types of images! Anytime I've had a question, customer service was quick to respond and always provided a fast and attainable solution. "Beware of Image: A Tale of Deceptive Practices and Customer Neglect"
I cannot express my disappointment with Image! Their sole interest seems to be my money, as help and customer service are nowhere to be found. Despite having an annual plan, I requested cancellation, and lo and behold, the platform provided no option to do so! To top it off, I now face a new charge of US7 in my account. I am furious at this lack of transparency and customer service. Save yourselves trouble and look for a more honest and efficient alternative!

Trouble shooting.
I have run into some issues trying to get set up with this program. The support team has been really great at helping me figure out the issues. I live chat would be helpful to speed this up but otherwise they have been very helpful.
