Such a scam and waste of money
Such a scam and waste of money. I have wasted a year of my life trying to "fine tune" this software, and I kept believing them that it would eventually learn and get better, so I held onto that hope. However, it has only gotten worse and I have actually SPENT more time than I have saved, because I have to correct the exposure, white balance as well as several other settings with every single photo. Game changer for photographers
I’ve never been able to keep up with the demands of editing during wedding season here in New England, with Imagen I have a maintained a two week turnaround for all my couples. What would sometimes be a three to four month backlog this is a huge difference.

I adore Imagen and can't imagine…
I adore Imagen and can't imagine editing without it! I regularly fine tune my profile and am consistently happy with the results - the light balance and tones are spot on and I love it.

I want out of IMAGEN
I want out of IMAGEN. I requested a cancellation due to a surgery that stopped me from working back in March of 2023. They continued to charged me. No sensitivity at all. After that I was charged and was not even using the product. I was told I had to pay for the year I was enrolled in. The year passed and I again was charged the monthly fee for an additional year.
