Very easy to use
Easy to use website design service, and the company even helps out artists by providing them with licences free of charge. It's extremely easy to use their interface to make an aesthetically pleasing website in a short amount of time.

Great for a Small Nonprofit
I work for a small nonprofit and chose to use IMcreator for our website because they offer a free premium plan to non-profits, which is an amazing blessing for non-profits like us because it allows us to give back more to people who really need it. I found this website builder easy to use, -this is my first website and I managed to build it in a very short amount of time.

The tech support is not what it needs…
The tech support is not what it needs to be. The site itself offers clean, sharp, sites that present well and are easy enough to design. However, when you do need tech support it takes them hours and hours to respond, they claim their response time is three hours however it has been closer to 6 most times I message them. In addition certain functions only they can administer and this time delay puts you totally at their mercy.

It's ok
It's ok. I like the way my site looks... most of the time. There are things I don't like about it (it is not a secure site, you can't change some of the word blocks to be more adaptive). It is low cost - I love that. I have full control of it. I love that. But I wish I felt like I could trust it more.
