What do you like best about ID.me? The IDP and verification process is straight forward and our end-users have had a pleasant experience with it overall. What do you dislike about ID.me? That the Yubikey process requires an ID.me login, thus creating extra steps. What problems is ID.me solving and how is that benefiting you? Our end-users are able to complete their verification process in a more efficient manner than before.
