What do you like best about Humaans? Humaans is on its way to eliminating hiring and onboarding admin with its easy-to-use platform. Automation and employee insights come to mind here. It's a powerful yet simple tool for analysing employee data. Plus, the Humaans support team is always on hand to quickly answers questions.

What do you like best about Humaans? The simplicity. It looks simple, it is simple and the functionality is super easy to learn. Too many HRIS try to sell all-in-one everything, for the most part they fail as they are complex, with Humaans, you ignore the not-so-important stuff and focus on what is important, whilst having lots of room for customisation.

What do you like best about Humaans? Does exactly the job and HR system needs to, serving as a single source of truth for employee data, customisable, easily bulk-editable and doesn't try to be something it's not (e.g. force performance management or survey functionality in there).
