What do you like best? Great product, very easy to use.

What do you like best? The simplicity of the use. Customer service is also top-notch - both times I received a response within MINUTES. What do you dislike? Nothing. Though I do wish it had the feature to automatically start and stop a timer, rather than manually having to start and stop it Recommendations to others considering the product It's easy and cheap. Hubstaff gives me peace of mind

What do you like best? I like the screenshots of my employees monitors. Not that I like to micro manage, but it helps me understand how my virtual assistant is doing her work and what is challenger her most/taking the most time. What do you dislike? I cannot pay a salary to employees; only hourly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can visually see where my employee is spending too much time.

Efficiency At Its Best

What do you like best? Able to track and check employee screenshot. Don't check often, but am able to see any timestamps. What do you dislike? UI is pretty confusing to get started. Hard to maneuver around the webpage. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No business problems. Benefits are able to track employees and keep them on track.

Great for clocking remote employee hours

What do you like best? It's helps me make sure employees are on task and using time according to our conpanies policies for workers. What do you dislike? It doesn't integrate with everything easily. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clocking staff hours with evidence that staff is working and not milking hours from the company.

What do you like best? Simple and easy to use, screenshot feature is good to check on staff What do you dislike? Payment gateway methods aren't so good - All require high volume or high fees with the third parties. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like the ability to see how many hours have been worked with proof from screenshots to ensure that what has been agreed to be worked on is being completed. Great experience all over

What do you like best? What is really valuable for our remote team is the screenshots feature that enables us to stay on track with the progress without disturbing the team. What do you dislike? When the screenshots are made there is a pop up that appears notifying our developers hat a screenshot is taken. With some team members we make multiple screenshots every 10 minutes. Great customer service and help when required!

What do you like best? It's great to be able to use hubstaff to help with tracking work that is completed against a fee assigned to the job. Also works well for invoicing and pulling off timesheets for projects. Really impressed that there was not an option to create a list of one client against all their projects, when raised with customer service, a programme was written so that we can now do this which is awesome.
