Descent task manager for virtual employees
What do you like best? I like the screenshots taken when the employee is clocked in. What do you dislike? The time constraints when reviews hours worked. You cannot customize the time frame and can only select 7 days at a time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring the integrity of virtual employees.

Hubstaff is working well
What do you like best? Simple to setup and works well for tracking employees. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. Might be good to have the option to change how often it takes screenshots. What do you like best? The basic functionalities are easy to grasp, and further options are provided for a great personalised experience. The website has more functions, while the iOS App has a few basic options. What do you dislike? The phone applications could be optimised. Viewing the website on theiOS Hubstaff App cuts off many crucial buttons as the user is unable to scroll sideways. Lightweight app with all the right features.
What do you like best? Hubstaff does not do a lot – but what it does, it does well. What do you dislike? The app's UI is a little lacking, and occasionally crashes. Hubstaff does not have an integration with a great invoice app. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps track time down to the second, which many apps don't. It makes generating invoices for hundredths of an hour easy.

What do you like best? Customer support seems excellent. Great to see the support staff really making a concerted effort to answer questions or issues. What do you dislike? Nothing at this point as everything seems fine. I myself am not tech savvy so this has been an issue but that has nothing to do with the software. Easy to use

Well worth the effort!
What do you like best? Hubstaff has made it possible for us to clearly communicate expecations and closely follow the output of our destributed staff and vendors. What do you dislike? I think it would be helpful if there were a bit more clarity between Hubstaff timekeeping functions and timekeeping as it relates to using their system to pay your team members. Good product, but hard to navigate
What do you like best? The concentration of workers. I like seeing who is doing what and when. What do you dislike? The UI. I want to see the hours and concentration not for daily but for weekly, or monthly so I can give them a salary with this as evidence. This can turn into a bonus for for good workers.
