My experience with HubSpot has been second to none. It is easy to navigate and learn new features.

What do you like best? I truly enjoy the "Tickets" and moving them to "Completed" once that ticket has been completed. It helps keep things organized. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the import/export process of Hubspot. It's very easy to navigate. The dashboard helps us keep track of each members' performance where we can do appropriate commendation, coaching and feedback. I like the chat/inbox feature as well. What do you like best? I have installed Hubspot extension for my Google Business Suite and you have the abilities to check to see if your sent email is viewed or not, which is great.
