Easy to use, coordinate
What do you like best? I like using the social media planner because I can publish on multiple platforms, making edits across handles and reviewing at the same time. What do you dislike? I wish the reporting aligned more closely with the stats form the platforms directly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get a tutorial with your customer service rep! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping me to plan ...

Hubspot - a necessity in our Marketing Department
What do you like best? I like that I can do several different types of marketing on one platform. My favorite part is the chatbot. What do you dislike? The email platform can be a bit cumbersome, especially if I want to control RSS Feed. I wish it had the ability to pull at any increment I'd like and as many posts. I have an internal blog that is not so much marketing as it is communications. As such, it doesn't have the same goals/requirements as a marketing channel. We also ...

Not only easy-to-use but an overall effective tool
What do you like best? The ease of creating social media posts is extremely helpful when scheduling in bulk. The analytics for email marketing is also very helpful. What do you dislike? The only thing from my experience is the lack of analytics in regards to social media, we are looking into adopting an integrated platform to fix this though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing multiple social media applications becomes ...

Comprehensive, user-friendly marketing solution
What do you like best? Having ALL my info in one area. It's the best. I love the ability to see my organization's entire marketing effort right there in front of me. It's incredibly handy. I am the organization's primary contact and developer when it comes for our social media. As a result, I touch just about everything when it comes to that part of the company. Having everything that we do - on all of our social media pages - right at my fingertips saves me a ton of money. What do ...

The (almost) one-stop place for all our marketing needs!
What do you like best? The HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great place for us to see an almost complete and holistic review of our ads, social, email and website stats. The user experience is great when it comes to scheduling our Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter posts and great to see real-time data to help us improve what's working! What do you dislike? Two things: one big, one small. First the small: Twitter Ads don't integrate with HubSpot so it isn't a fully holistic view. The big: ...

Overall a great Marketing platform
What do you like best? Lead capturing and integration with website. The ability to send emails to a large number of people and track the open rate, click rate, unsubscribes, etc. Another upside of Hubspot is that it saves the data that people enter into any form and allow you to utilize it for your marketing e-mails. The ability to adapt HubSpot to fit our needs is a very helpful feature. What do you dislike? The process of imputing and organizing contacts is a little tough. ...

One of the most powerful tools in your Marketing Tech Stack
What do you like best? HubSpot Marketing is a god-send for all Marketing Generalists / Social Media + Email marketers out there. It helps centralize all my social, email, and day to day campaign requirements in a super intuitive and easy to use interface. What do you dislike? I'm not able to schedule social posts that need to go out with gifs / videos. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping me ensure ...

Hubspot Marketing is easy to use when you've got the training
What do you like best? Hubspot Marketing Hub is easy to use when everything is linked together. Our biggest struggle in the beginning was syncing our CRM, but now that it's in place, Hubspot is a great tool! I love being able to create/design email and make things automated easily for workflows. Also the social media tool is way better than our old way of doing things manually. What do you dislike? Sometimes email templates don't play nicely and need some coding help, but overall ...

Simple and efficient
What do you like best? I like to schedule posts in batches, and doing that is easy with the HubSpot social media tools. I can easily see which days already have posts scheduled and which days are missing. What do you dislike? The integration with Instagram isn't as robust as I'd like. For example, I can't post to stories, so I have to do that separately. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Because I'm able to schedule posts in ...

Pretty easy to use
What do you like best? Not being a super technical person, I've generally found the Hubspot solution to be easy-to-use. It has also helped us keep most of our marketing activities under one tech hub. What do you dislike? Integrations can be less than seamless, particularly between Hubspot and Salesforce. There have been numerous occasions when I've been bounced between the two support teams with little to no resolution. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...
