Amazing Software - Changed the Way We Market Ourselves
What do you like best? The workflow and sequencing automation is, by far, my favorite piece of this software. It allows us to create a series of events that automatically trigger more events based on our specifications. It changed our approach completely, from a "blanket" mass email marketing to targeted, specific, and account-based marketing. What do you dislike? There are some bugs currently. Workflows are the biggest time saver and do the work of an entire team!
What do you like best? I love automating tasks, emails, notes, data management, and reminders. I can't stress enough how organized and consistent my work has become. I type much less and can focus on what matters most, Connecting with my most engaged contacts! If you are new to automation the training and the ease of use will be a huge selling point. What do you like best? The simplicity and ease when creating bespoke marketing emails is fantastic, however the #1 feature has to be HubSpot Workflows. As an organisation we utilise workflows for anything from Customer On boarding to colleague engagement. It’s the industry leader for many reasons!
What do you like best? I like how it’s an all in one tool. It makes my job as a marketing director so much easier to not have to toggle between multiple platforms to get my job done. What do you dislike? There are some challenges to learning the software, but it’s the industry leader for good reason. The free training that’s available to users is invaluable. Best Marketing Hub in the market. Easy to use.
What do you like best? Easiness to use and being a full solution. Not only HubSpot has a complete set of tools, they have a full Academy and great Support. It's so easy to create emails, landing pages and forms; and never once the tool crashed while using it. What do you dislike? Too pricy, but I get that they're focusing in Enterprise customers. The Support can give you custom replies sometimes and doesn't always solve the problem, but it's easy and fast to reach. ...

Pleasure to work with Hubspot
What do you like best? The vartiety of possibilities of automation. The platform is really understandable for every new marketeer that joins our company. We like how we learn new things about hubspot every single day. And that every app that we use can be added to hubspot. Therefore it is easy for us to make connection. What do you like best? It's all your email marketing, live chats and social media integrated under one roof and connected to the central crm What do you dislike? Can be expensive for large databases and some of the tools such as social media ones are only available for pro users What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Keeping marketing and sales in sync. The target accounts view is helping our team stay aligned in prioritizing campaigns and outreach.
