"CRM that boosted our sales."
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I like the ease of managing a sales funnel, the possibility of exporting the funnel for specific analysis, and the various integrations that the hub allows. Easy to learn to use.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? The sign up proces was simple, offering a free trial, but that was about it. Hubspot is a pretty all encompassing tool, but what I needed it for (sales) needs imrpovement.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Its very simple and easy to use. Everything is laid out nicely and its very easy to create different list views, dashboards and reports. Super easy for people with little to no experience to use too.

Assigned Customer Experience Manager…
Assigned Customer Experience Manager (CEM) was unaware where our company is based. After being provided a topic list several weeks prior to our scheduled overview meeting - CEM had NO answers or recommendations prepared regarding requested areas of concern.

the worst CRM system to use
the worst CRM system to use. Old fashioned, no new usability features. UI is awful. Support - only sales that can't help with the account. I can't reach the support. The CRM created 2 factor with phone login system, and I don't use this app, its stupid to download it to enter the website. I can't just login with my gmail and password. Always sends me the code and nowhere to enter it. And now I can't reach anyone who can help me.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I use HubSpot Sales Hub daily. It makes it very easy for me to manage my contacts. I like how it easily integrates with MS Outlook, and automatically logs my emails for all my clients. That's one less thing I have to do. It's also straightforward to use and access the data. I love making a call on my mobile device and then having a screen pop up where I can jot a few notes, hit enter, and get the call logged quickly!
