Amazing Customer Service
The VPN didn't work instantly, but the technical support experience i have received was truly amazing! I could talk to a real human in less than 3 minutes (on a week day after 8pm) and what humans!! I got help from very professional people who clearly cared about giving me the right solution the right way, using my first name to talk to me and actually listening to every detail I gave, which is the fastest and best way to most if not any problem resolution.

I had accidentally purchased hotspot…
I had accidentally purchased hotspot premium which I not utilitizing. I wanted a refund. I drop an email to customer service advocate Mr Cyclone. Within a day he replied and mention that I will receive my refund within 10 days. I saw the debit amount in my bank earlier. Immediate response and action was taken by the organization and Mr Cyclone impressed me alot. I was very pleased with their service.
