Excellent customer service
I have been a Dashlane customer for several years and when they moved the VPN to Hotspot Shield, I had some questions regarding the transition. The agent was knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly. The transition to Hotspot was seamless and I'm very pleased to know I have the security of Hotspot Shield any time I need to use my phone when in a public place.

Log in details not correct
Had a problem in log in, was getting an error message. contacted customer support and they helped in the best way ever. Asked me to explain my problem and were patient enough to make sure i was able to login back again. The use of illustrations and images helped a lot. Top notch customer service and support, highly recommend it to anyone.

I contacted Hotspot Shield customer service regarding troubleshooting for activating the app on my iPhone 12 (I'm a premium subscriber with the app on my MacBook Air only). They responded immediately and provided clear guidance to activate the HotspotShield app on my iPhone. It worked perfectly and I very much appreciated the prompt and easy-to-follow response. The app itself has been a life-saver and I highly recommend it!
