Quickly and competently.
I thought, oh know another headache and trial when I was billed for something I already had. From past experience customer support has always been a disaster in most circumstances for me. Hotspot on the other hand gave me immeadiate feedback and quickly got to the source of the problem and solved it. I have never been so happy. In a matter of a couple days rather than weeks my issue was found and corrected. Thank you so much Hotspot Shield.
