Marianne has been amazing
Marianne has been amazing. I was feeling overwhelmed with the platform when I first started, and her guidance has been invaluable. I'm genuinely grateful to Hostaway for connecting me to someone who has been so helpful to my business. She's also simply a joy to talk with in general. I can't recommend Marianne highly enough.

I cannot thank Fatih at Hostaway enough for his guidance throughout our onboarding. The software itself is excellent but the training we received has been outstanding. Fatih has been very helpful in explaining everything we need to know to maximise our business and has given us his full attention throughout our training. I cannot recommend him enough and he is a credit to the Hostaway business.

Fatih is the best On-boarding Specialist
We had Fatih as out onboarding specialist, and he was amazing! He was very comprehensive going over all the details and making sure we understood everything before we moved on to something new. He was very quick to respond to emails I had sent him when I was stuck or unsure of something. Hostaway is lucky to have Fatih working for them.

Onboarding Rep was Fantastic
Starting with Hostaway was a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but our onboarding agent was always there for us and followed up on every loose end. Now our site is dialed in, and we are ready for more bookings and a drastically reduced level of management. Cheers to Joyce!!
