"Hootsuite has been incredible for my nonprofit's social media presence."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like the scheduling capability and ability to tailor posts for each type of social media account. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I dislike the ability to not post more than 1 photo to instagrma from the website. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm solving the problem of having to login to all the social media accounts separately to post - it also enables me to create shorter URL's within the webiste.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I use Hootsuite to post to 3 social media accounts. I like the feature allows you to edit the content for each platform, within the same set up post. Very convenient! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Occasionally, I will schedule or submit posts and they won't post to the social media accounts. Once I tried submitting a post 3 times and it wouldn't go through. The next day, the post did post 3x. It seemed like the system had been "reset" to release ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The reporting within hootsuite is great. Hootsuite also makes it really easy to post across various platforms. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The cost. Also, the fact that you can't schdule carosel images on FB/IG. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? The tracking url shortner is great as you get a complete picture across socials. Saving on time publishing in one spot.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The interface is straightforward and easy to follow. I have been using Hootsuite for almost 4 years now and they continue to make updates/improvements that make sense from a user standpoint. Cannot Get In Touch For Refund - Charged For Annual Subscription without my consent. No direct customer support.

Update the issue was resolved and a refund was sent. They were actually very swift about it, but I think they're should be a customer service rep, just because doing this online is tricky. I wanted to test the service to see if I liked it, but never found it useful. Not set up for modern apps like other services. I was then charged an annual subscription after only a one month trial. $588 dollars. I want to be refunded, but I haven't heard back from their team. Kind of blown away to see ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Interface of the application and ability to post on several platforms simultaneously. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? There's nothing that I disliked. It's just that the cheaper alternatives are available. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to open different platforms and post content. I can post on all of them using hootsuite.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? It's not too pricey as compared to another alternative. Setting up all the social media accounts to Hootsuite was too quick and easy.
