What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is very helpful in scheduling your content/post on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn. What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love how Hootsuite givers you recommended post times and shows you great analytics. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I wish I was able to post Facebook stories though. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me save time when posting for my clients.

Sudden Annual Payment

Similar to other reviews I just wanted to test the service to see whether I found it helpful, which I didn't. Then I got a notification that I will be charged $588 dollars after the trial period. Ive seen a lot of reviews saying that they didnt contact so hopefully they'll give me a quick response through this review.

Very poor

Very poor, no response to enquiries or tech support. Signed up for 30 day trial, price advertised monthly hut states billed annually. With 24 hours of starting my 30 day trial they took £560 out of my account. A week later no response. Eventually had to report it as fraud to my bank to get my money back. Two months later I've still had no response from the company.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Easy to plan content across multiple channels. Many great tools are available, including editing tools. Hootsuite makes scheduling easy, you can customize your messaging and edit images. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Tagging can be tricky, emojis can take a while to load, and I wish I could drag and drop to reschedule posts instead of going into each one and changing time of the post. "Ideal platform for our needs"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Ease of access to multiple platforms, and it allows you to quickly overview any and all messages to enable responding in a timely manner. Mobile app is top drawer. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The fact that you can't optimise images according to the platform. Disappointed

We had a staff who was in charge of marketing and social media who quit and so we decided with our small office that Social was not as important as our other duties so we decided to stop. Before the employee quit, he renewed Hoopsuite but we will not be using it for the year so asked for a refund. All responses seemed automated and of course, they won't refund because of the terms and services that SOMEONE else signed. Not great customer service and is definitely a ripoff. Definitely ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? It makes scheduling posts much easier, especially when posting on multiple channels What do you dislike about Hootsuite? It takes a little while to learn and sometimes errors pop up, but it's not difficult to find a solution. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?
