Hootsuite announces price changes again

Hootsuite just announced price changes and professional doubled from $49/month to $99/month. I understand price increases for value, and 10-15% could be construed as reasonable but this? And this is not the first time they've done this. Unfortunate for smaller companies who can't afford this type of pricing and have to seek alternatives

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The ease of use and the features able to access social media from one platform. The insights and analytics are also extremely helpful with the customized reports and the scheduling. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The cap on Twitter accounts is tricky for a business with multiple ones. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Insights and analytics have been so helpful as has been scheduling.

Much success but IG glitches continue

We have had much success in using the platform to schedule our postings across 4 major platforms. Occasionally, there is a glitch in posting several of our Instagram postings. We receive the notification after the posting date which creates stairstep postings across our platforms

All incoming messages we are able to manage with simplicity,I have no dislike. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? This has greatly enhanced accuracy,timely response to every comments and questions.

Hootsuite helps me increase my brand awareness because I post consistently on social media as I gain more confidence with content writing. I was not a fan of being on social media before, and I had a hard time staying consistent. Hootsuite helped me get over that obstacle. I am getting better every day now. Check it out @parallelograminstitute. I do wish I could post on my personal page, but that's a Facebook thing, not Hootsuite.

In my experience the platform crashes quite a lot and quite often posts would fail to publish. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Time management. If you're struggling for time, using Hootsuite will help you plan your content better and save time in the long-run.

It's very basic but it gets the job done.

Hootsuite is a very basic tool that gets the job done. I'm honestly not sure if it's any better than FB/IG's marketing free tool. There are a lot of things that need to be done to bring it up to date. ... Like suggesting the best hashtags. They have this feature but the suggestions are silly and inappropriate. And I find it weird that the app can do things the website can't, like remember your hashtags. This is another case of you get what you pay for.
