It's the best Social Media posting…

It's the best Social Media posting platform, I tend to stay away from the app as it's a bit clunky. Fantastic for scheduling posts and delving into analytics. Would be great if it offered you all the same features as if you were posting directly within each social media account, however, Hootsuite is still incredibly useful.

Free Trial turned into a £1,200 bill!

I signed up for a free trial and was under the impression I would be notified before the end of the trial. That didn’t happen and without any warning, was suddenly charged £1,200! Have tried contacting their team but no response or resolution. As a small business, I’m now left struggling to pay the bills and out of pocket. I’d like a response from HootSuite on how to resolve this.

Terrible customer support and plan downgrade

Terrible customer support and downgraded plan. I subscribed a month ago to the Hootsuite plan mostly because I need to benchmark 5 competitors of mine on Twitter. All was well till I paid for the yearly subscription, and the option was removed for 2 competitors instead. According to their non-existing customer support, "it is what it is, and we reserve ourselves the right to do it." I am extremely dissatisfied, and I regret paying the full-year plan. What do you like best about Hootsuite? One stop shop to post to mulitple media channels at once. It's a great way to carry a branded message consistently across media without a lot of hassle. What do you like best about Hootsuite? It was easy to use and integrate with all of my social media accounts. It only took a couple of minutes between signing up and actually start using it. "A very useful tool. Comprehensive scheduling, useful analytics, helpful posting suggestions/times."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Being able to schedule content across multiple platforms and make changes to each one specifically makes it easy so I don't have to go to each platform to post content. Having the analytics available to see audience growth and best times to post is valuable. I appreciate the new Inspiration for content and integration with Canva.
