What do you like best about Hootsuite? It has a pretty simple interface and the automated social publishing calendar is nice. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? We had numerous integration issues with our social accounts and the software was buggy. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hootsuite, while simple in its interface, is only moderately easier than setting up your own internal system, and extremely expensive for that purpose. There are frustrating limitations with regard to some implementations (e.g. IG Reels and some scheduling that makes it not as simple as it would ideally be.) For the cost, there needs to be more plug-in implementations with perhaps Canva, or ChatGPT API to suggest specific content with some automated creation with related hashtags etc. ...

I have problems with my payment and PayPal doesn't work. There always occurs a problem and I already send a message to the support service but no help or answer yet. I want to go on vacation but have to work if I can't plan my content automatically.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The different views HS offers. I can look at my content by day, week or month. It also allows me to link numerous accounts. I believe I have 6 at the moment that are in HS and I can filter by company/platform or view everything. The feedback feature is also really nice. The analytics provided allow me to gauge which posts are performing the best and how we are doing overall. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Unfortunately IG posts are limited to 1 ...

Overcharge and refuse to answer emails.

Awful company. Signed up for a professional plan on monthly. All okay for a while, then one month charged £70 extra on top of our bill with no warning. Raised it with their team and got a copy and paste reply without replying to the query. We were paying £59/month. They advertised an increase to £89 (which is already way too much), they charged us £129. The are now not replying to any emails.
