What do you like best about Hootsuite? I liked that Hootsuite made media posts seamless. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I did not like how often Hootsuite sent me emails. Recommendations to others considering Hootsuite: Remember what sites you have connected to Hootsuite What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hootsuite solved the issue of having to make the same post on multiple platforms. This saves me time and money.

Wish I could rate it lower than 1 star. Product itself wasn’t very useful along with this company just being a huge scam. I only signed up for the completely FREE version of this product as a requirement for one of my classes. Never selected or agreed to any sort of trial and I never entered any of my card info into their program. Somehow though, I was automatically charged $348, 30 days after I signed up. They charged me for a full year of a “professional” version of their services that I ...

I signed up for a paid trial of the account to test its bulk upload feature for my company twitter handle. After deciding bulk upload was not a priority at this time, I selected to cancel my paid account upon receiving an email reminder that my trial was ending in a couple of weeks. All good, I got a page saying the cancellation was successful, and my account would update on the last day of the trial period. Then, I get the 'overdue balance' notification. EDIT: Hootsuite has since refunded the full $514.80 since I was only two days past the cancellation date, hence why I have amended my star rating. Thank you Hootsuite for being flexible in your policy and prompt with your replies. I wish had read the reviews first! Shockinly awful customer service, no replies for days - live chat is useless, takes hours and then they disappear. How they can offer a business platform, and offer no service when needed is incredible in this day and age. If only I had checked here first! Don't waste your time
