What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite allows me to check various sources in real-time and keep up to date. I can answer inquiries promptly and keep people updated only with a few clicks across media platform. Hootsuite allows me to organize social media posts with the scheduler, which saves time for other duties. Horrible experience

Horrible experience, I can't recommend Hootsuite to anyone. Plus, I paid for the yearly fee and, after a month without making good use of it, when I requested to cancel the service and be proportionally refunded, they did not accept and kept my money. Make sure you never pay the yearly fee, it's done in purpose due to the high amount of cancellation requests. Very bad practice for such a brand, shame on them...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Initially during the free trail period it all worked brilliantly. Then I paid the fee and needed to change my email address. Hootsuite has not worked since. So far I have spent roughly 8 hours online with the customer service agent - who disappears for an hour at time - nothing solved. I have been asked every question possible in an attempt by Hootsuite to place the blame elsewhere. STUPIDLY I paid an annual fee and oh guess what no refunds.

8 years using it and they tossed a client like trash

I used Hootsuite for 8 years. Now all of the sudden I got a raise from 55$ to 300$ Now, whenever you want to contact them, they put one of these automated chat and keep you in a loop and never reply properly. I put a claim on Paypal and they never replied!!! This is how you lose customers, and no matter how long you've used them, they don't care about you.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like the simplistic design of my Hootsuite dashboard. This simplistic design enable me monitor messages from multiple social media platforms, without getting confused or overwhelmed. Never even heard of them till got…

Never even heard of them till got charged.I don’t have a business, or need for social media. I have three kids and got 561 taken out my account. Had to cancel my card, report to bank, can’t tell me what account it’s linked too, hoping bank get me my money back as it’s my rent payment. Furious!

Signed up for 30 day free trial and they charged me £70 after 2 days even though I couldn't access account. There are no humans to contact

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Amplify is a great employee advocacy feature. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The reporting is clunky and data is lagged and inconsistent. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get our internal teams on board with our plans due to the advocacy piece.
