I experienced the same as another users…

I experienced the same as another users below. They charged my credit card without my approval for pro membership which I never confirmed or used the services before. The billing increased amount from USD 9.9 to USD 75, this is so unacceptable since we never agreed on it or approved it. I ask for refund but no responses from them. Why???

If there was a zero rating I’d give it to Hootsuite. Why? It’s about ethical conduct of business. I once logged into there account 12 months ago, i used the system for about 30 mins to check the functionality, and never logged back in. 12 months later I got a bill for over $700?!? I asked why and they said I had a pro membership. I never used or signed up to a service from this company and I certainly didn’t agree to pay for anything! They have been bulling me, threatening me ever since to ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that I am able to post to multiple platforms with ease, it allows me to save a lot of time while helping to create a better and more relevant digital image for my boss. "It connects all platforms for social media use and is easy to use"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? It's an excellent platform because I can manage my business's social media for campaign management, newsletter management, advertising, and marketing to prospects already in the database. A single tab with multiple buttons shows all of my social networks at once. That's impressive. I liked the free plan that allowed me to schedule posts on social media platforms and see the responses and comment on my post and how many engagements with followers.
