Hootsuite has resorted to scamming their long-time loyal clients - so sad! I've been a happy member for over 7 years - paying $11/month - then suddenly they began billing me over $84/month - and their support department won't help. I AM NOT ALONE - I'm reading so many stories like this - this is unbelievable. I used to really like the platform and referred all my clients to use it - but now my only advice is: BEWARE! .. and you'll probably get over-charged.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The integration and user interface are very intuitive and easy to understand. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The design is a little cluttered, and cross-posting could be better. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? While I have no major problems so far, I find that it is easy to use, which aids in my productivity and efficiency.
