Ho avuto un problema con un account e con il pagamento di un abbonamento. Ho aperto il ticket e in due giorni hanno risolto il problema.Sono contraria ad alcuni meccanismi interni ma il customer care, in particolare Sergiu, merita 5 stelle!

Hootsuite cobra de más y no contesta nadie de soporte

Llevo 10 años con Hootsuite y de repente me suben el precio un 200% sin venir a cuento. Paypal no se hace responsable y Hootsuite no contesta el ticket que abrí sobre el problema.Abro otra cuenta a otro email por si ha sido algún problema técnico. Subo solo 3 cuentas de twitter con el plan professional de 39$ y cuando termina el periodo de prueba me cobran 78euros. Imposibilidad de contactar con ellos. Me doy de baja definitivamente, me paso a Buffer. ¡Vaya panda de estafadores!!
