What do you like best about Highspot? I've worked with highspot for about 3.5 years. Our account managers are always knowledgable, helpful, and quick to respond. The account managers are consultative and strategic and have helped us optimized our material so our sales reps can find what they need. "User friendly and one stop shop"
What do you like best about Highspot? I love the fact that Highspot allows me and my team the ability to easily access our sales collateral. Not only that, but it allows us to see the engagement from the client, on that collateral. Which in turn, gives us additional follow up opportunities.

What do you like best about Highspot? Working with vendors can be tough when their time is limited and you need extra handholding to make sure you're making the most out of a product's features and benefits. Highspot's sales and account services team that I work with consistently goes above and beyond in walking me through all of my questions when learning how to maximize the platform.

What do you like best about Highspot? I like the organization of our point of sale material as well as reference docs. Very easy to search and find what I am looking for. The ability to send prospective clients follow up material and know how they interacted with it is very helpful in knowing how serious they are about considering our products and services.

"Highspot - the Solution for Sales & Marketing"
What do you like best about Highspot? Highspot is our go to place for Marketing to post updated content, and for Sales to access whether for internal usage or for sharing pitches with prospects. We love how Highspot solves the problem of "What's new" that we Marketing gets asked all the time, by allowing Marketing to upload new content and then share/alert with the appropriate Sales teams.

"Highspot Usage at Immucor- medical diagnostic company"
What do you like best about Highspot? Immucor has greatly benefited from the Highspot sales enablement tool. Thankfully we implemented this tool prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and just saw a greater utilization of the tool since the pandemic started a year ago. With hospital and lab live visits completely cancelled by our customers, Highspot has become an effective and valuable tool for our commercial teams globally.
