Shrinath is a life saver. Give him a raise!
This 5 star review is dedicated to Shrinath! He did what 2 other support reps couldn't, in 5 minutes. I have been waiting for 6 days to get quite a big issue resolved, and requested updates along the way, but nothing really happened. Then i thought let me try to request and another update. I didn't expect anything really, but in to the chat support came Shrinath. And instead of "Let me escalate this to a specialist" he just solved the issue. I mean what a life saver!
