I really wish this would work, I've been with them for over a year.
The platform is just a nightmare. Plus..After the three months of support, they quit caring. By that time you have an entire business built on a platform and they know that moving is very difficult. I have told them SEVERAL times that the help support does not work. No change. When I ask for help I'm told that I'm out of the 3 month window I have to complain, go through different zooms and reexplain my situation to several people before they will help you.
