"Smart, multi-functional and scalable HRIS for the modern world of work."
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like the breadth of functionality (without the loss of depth/quality you find in other solutions) and the intuitive infrastructure of optimisation/automation and workflow. I like that it integrates with some relevant partner systems like Team Tailor and Pento and the broad customisability of modules and setup. Also appreciating the ability to drive self-service engagement from an employee perspective.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hibob helps in getting to know the people in the organisation, the people who have joined new and the older one too. Hibob helps in getting familiar with different departments and the people working in them.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love that you can create your own onboarding and offboarding workflows in Bob. You aren't restricted to what someone else determined was the best process. I like that it integrates with recruiting platforms so that once you decide to hire a person it automatically triggers flows inside Bob.
