What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love how user friendly it is to use, Not clunky or restrictive. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS? I would like more integration automatically with sending out contracts for signing and being able to personalise / adapt them before hand.

The integrations are easy, which is great since we have different internal systems, and it's been seamless to integrate HiBob with them. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I really love all aspects of HiBob HRIS and how user-friendly it is for employees. It's really easy to use, and they are open for feedback. It keeps all of our forms in one place and we can see all reviews. It's also really easy to figure out, and employees never have that many questions. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS? I think for us it doesn't run payroll or benefits so we moved a lot over to ADP.
