What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Forecasting, ease of adding formulas (when it works) and great AI chatbot feature to provide ongoing solutions What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS? Constant bugs you cannot fix yourself and have to submit support ticket. Caused significant delays in our budget process, can't do things on the fly. Most tools and formulas don't seem to work as expected, support also cannot figure out why
