What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hibob provides you a flexible and scable HRIS that can meet the demands of a growing SME. I have been a bob user for 2 years and have implemented the system twice during that time and one of the things I like most about bob is that the are growing and improving features all the time. They also take feedback from their customers into consideration for their updates.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Customise employee fields, workflows, onboarding, and police checks etc. I am able to build every possible flow, task etc on my own that is specific to my organisation. Unfortunately, I have started to compare all other systems that we use to bob now because it is the most flexible system that I have ever worked with. The ideas and solutions are endless.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The possibility to create task lists for endless reasons, which allow HR to automate a bunch of processes. It's also super user friendly. Love the dashboard and the way we can improve internal communication.

Now, it's all done in one place. We can see even people analytics to help our people & culture team make informed decisions. We conducted our most recent review cycle through Bob, creating and sending out 360-degree surveys to our team and gathering critical information.
