What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? - Setting up custom pronouns (builds towards inclusivity in the org) - Highly customizable - I've seen two different uses between two of the companies I worked with, and they both set it up differently!

"As good as it can get for an internal HR System"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I am really keen on th app integrations with Slack, it has an excellent user interface, and automatic workflows help with reducing mundane manual document sharing saving us loads of time with new employees, and departing employees. There's also a good built-in 1:1 section to help remind you of your responsibilities.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Great features, making HR work so much easier, and a lot of possibilities in terms of gathering data and automating tasks. On top of that CS is highly responsive and very helpful

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Having all of our people data, accuratly stored and accesible. The engagement that it provides between the business and all our staff. The HiBob home page was a major selling point for us as it looks like a typical social media platform and our employees like that.
