"Flexible and user-friedly HRMS"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? In hibob we found a lot of flexibility and openness for customizations. We can set up our own processes, fields, task lists, roles etc., for any reason we need, even without consultants from hibob. During the implementation period, we were taught by the bob team how to manage the system by ourselves and now, after almost 2 years of using we automated a lot. And of course, our people like bob, because it is a nice look and it has Slack bot.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It is a game changer having our performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, goals, time off, docs, org chart and more all in one place! The help center is robust!

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I think the most beneficial aspect of HiBob as a HRIS is using the analytics portion for reporting. They are extremely customisable and can segment the data well.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob has streamlined our onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, it has made coordination and communication between HR and payroll so easy. Features and set up are the most flexible I've seen on the market.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love how all employeee information is stored in one safe easy to you platform. Time recording is great and other employee can view when there peers are off on vacation. We recently have done our peer to peer views and it was a great way of having an insight knowledge.
