"Great for Managing HR Admin"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? For me in a L&D position, I love using Bob for our annual 360 Review process. This allows us to stage the role out of the different reviews involved and send reminders to encourage uses to complete them on time. The end reporting shows me what training is required for future planning.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I specially like Hibob's attention to detail in the UX/UI design, easeness to use and to customize. Being able to send kudos and shotouts directly to the email also works very well, given that not many employees access the platform every day. I have both the core product and the talent add-on. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? All employee data is in one place, makes onboarding, communication and reporting so much easier. It is a great way for the organisation to get to know and in contact with new hires.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The systems is very inutive and has a great user interface. Our employees can easily navigate the platform and administation is very simple. The built it reports, flows and tasks help give a great starting point.The club view !

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? the simple 1 on 1 tools, that send reminder questions in time, but also the ease of signing automatically NDA's with all new employees. The reminders to bring cake if an employee had his/ her birthday!
