"It is super smooth and very user friendly"

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? What I like most is that is built with the people in mind. Being a people centric org, this does gel very well into our cultures.I like the different views it offers in the directory section. You can blend it well with the culture of the organisation. Also the task list , triggers and flows have been really helpful in creating a seamless experience for the employees. Helps us to move away from operational tasks and focus on more strategic things.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob is a sophisticated global HRIS with fun styling and intuitive processes. Their customer service is PHENOMINAL. As an HR professional, I can imagine they must treat their employees well because their communications to me as a customer are kind, positive and rooted in the desire to help. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Definitely the easy to use interface both as an administrator and as a personal user. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? We recently implemented a sync with our payroll system and occasionally there are some areas that don't sync well. Support is always quick to respond and find helpful solutions!

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Since we use HiBob in our company, it's easier for us to communicate with our employees and clarify holidays and policies. We have also a very good integration with Slack. I have also needed to contact support and they have managed to solve all our questions really fast.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Friendly user interface, highly flexible and scalable. So far there isn't much we've wanted Bob to do that it can't do. The best part is that it can easily be managed by my own HR team and I don't need consultants to maintain. Anyone with a basic interest in technology who is generally organized can design and administer Bob. Implementation team was structured and with us the whole way. Very available to support us.

Really good HR record keeping that's secure and has everything related to tenure from onboarding to exit, legal and performance, as well as demographic and other data, all in one place.
