What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Everything is all together - documents, clock in, time off, shoutouts, tasks. We can do everything in one place. We use it daily.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like that HiBob is very user-friendly, easy to navigate and provides many features. Beneficial is the People section, also Flows and Tasks - Onboarding Flow is a fantastic help for us to gain all required information from new hires and provides a pleasant experience for them as well.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It is so customisable. As a big business, we have a lot of different branches and departments that have very different needs. HiBob allows us to tailor the onboarding experience to meet those needs.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The templates that HiBob has in the system make getting started super easy! I love the integrations that are offered - makes everything so efficient. We will be able to offer a much more simplistic HR experience for our employees and new hires, and save ourselves a TON of time!

"HR System which has a lot of functionality"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like they offer compensation tools, automated onboarding flows, and have integrations to other major systems for other needs my org has (payroll). A lot of things are intuitive, so that helps.
