What do you like best about Helpwise? First, Helpwise is easy to use. I have a small team of 3 that utilizes Helpwise to provide support to our small business clients. What do you like best about Helpwise? The unified dashboard. Being able to see who is responding, adding internal notes, switching between inboxes quickly, and moving messages. Better than Outpost.
