We are middle sized company exporting…

We are middle sized company exporting quality turkish products to European Union. We don’t have much experience with Europe market so we are worried about tax stuff because our clients from many countries and Europe is very strong with tax rules. At hellotax we met with Furkan. Furkan explain all things and rules very good in our language. We feel safe that we have a contact who understand our problems. Then we sign up and we are very happy with hello tax. Great customer service

I was very worried that I will have loads of problems with this company, like with other VAT accountants companies, but now is running the second year with them and so far was no problems. What I like most - customer service. They 95% of the time respond me in 1 hour. That's great.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, they still owe us 3500 eur, because we paid everything and they failed to register our VAT Numbers in 2 out of 5 countries. Impossible to get refund from them...

Pathetic team

Pathetic team, horrible services. Don't responds to email for weeks for important matters. They respond after ages and then dont deliver after taking monies. really unhappy
