"Good feature set, UX and customer service."

What do you like best about Heap? The thing I like best about Heap is how quick and easy it is to define events and get to analyzing the data. On top of this, the fact that the Event Visualizer has all historical data is a great feature.

"Heap is a powerful tool for B2B business "

What do you like best about Heap? The killer feature in Heap that it's collects all events on a page and you don't need to spend time on events setup. In such platforms as Google Analytics or Amplitude, you need to spend a lot of time defining the events and sometimes you add new buttons or change the UX and forget to add them to analytics. So there is no way to collect events data retrospectively. But Heap can do this!
