"Easy Integration - Great Insights"
What do you like best about Heap? Integrating heap into our applications is easy, and gives us access to insights we don't have to build ourselves. We personally only use the server side events, but it cuts down on dev time for insights we like to have.

"Easy to setup analytics tool"
What do you like best about Heap? It tracks all events as they happen. We don't need to spend a lot of time setting new events. Also, if we make any changes in the product, it tracks that also and we can define events later. The user tracking is fairly easy to implement and we can setup other parameters to track them easily. It has an amazing badge program which allows us 25000 sessions in a month.

"No more worry about adding events to every feature - you can add them later"
What do you like best about Heap? The biggest advantage of using Heap versus other event-based analytics services like Mixpanel is that you can define your events/pageviews retrospectively. This means that when you get moments like "I wonder how many people used feature X" but forgot to instrument it with events when shipping the feature you can add events and track all historic and feature events from that point. That is like magic.
