What do you like best about Heap? I really like the ease of use and the simple UI. Adding and viewing different views is easy, plus it's easy to see the views/dashboard others have created. I've used other tools and this is pretty good.

What do you like best about Heap? We run a lot of experiments and it's so helpful to use Heap to see how our website changes may impact customers. We saw lower conversion rates when we launched a new verison of our onboarding quiz. We used Heap to debug why this may be -- turns out page load times were longer for the new quiz! We were quickly able to push a patch to resolve this issue.

I export data monthly and over the past few years, I've seen a steady cadence of improvements that have been released -- not just new functionality, but also improvements to the navigation and usability of the product.
