"Powerful product analytics, whacked pricing model"

What do you like best about Heap? It's super easy to build queries, reports, and dashboards.. and share them with others in the organization. I love the ability to understand the behavior of individual users and then group, filter, and otherwise slice and dice the data.

"Great retroactive insights"

What do you like best about Heap? The fact that it starts tracking each and every event from the get go. We can start analyzing the past data just by creating reports of any trackable event. Other products need us to set up the events to start with if we want to track them, but Heap tracks it all automatically in the background.

"Easy to use, dashboards and funnels easy and fast to configure. Script performance should be better."

What do you like best about Heap? I really like the flexibility it has related to configuration and integration. Sending events, creating funnels, viewing data that helps to take a business decision is quite easy even for those that are not very familiar with analytics tools, and are not the ones that analyze data.
