"Heap is a current generation analytics tool."

What do you like best about Heap? Heap is great because it allows us to measure many categories of things (like clicks) using retroactive analysis. Basically that means that it sends data about every single click up to Heap from the browser, so that you can retroactively query "did anyone do _____?" (or more accurately, "when someone did ____ what were all the circumstances of those pageviews, sessions, and people") and it can tell you.

What do you like best about Heap? Heap is very simple to use and allows you to uncover a ton of insights. We used to use Google Analytics before, and this is incomparable. I particularly enjoy the fact that Heap captures everything by default and you can dig into it after, making it particularly useful when you want to dig into a topic you were not covering before to already have some rich data from clicks to pageviews and more. What do you like best about Heap? Powerful ability to hone in on particular actions or stages in a customer journey and dissect them. Retroactively applies most event definitions so you can get a year+ of data as soon as you realize there's something new you want to track.

This tool can collect very important amounts of information, it is very easy to use, this platform makes it very easy to create personalized events, it also allows you to track events and extract information from our website, I can track each click and visit of the page, I can also obtain real-time information on user activity, with this tool I can know what type of browser and device users are using, I can also quickly enter and create panels.

What do you like best about Heap? The support we have recieved from the Auryc team has been amazing. The amount of data we can extract is phenomenal and gives us complete transparency of the entire user journey which for our industry is ALOT of separate sessions over 90 days on average.

What do you like best about Heap? So far my experience with Amod and his team are the best feature. After that, the session viewer is a real eye opener into user behavior. Finally, reporting features are available that alert us to issues that affect the user experience and conversions.

What do you like best about Heap? I like the marketing report and digital analytics features. We are a job board and Heap allows me to report on the individual job level as well as broader data across the entire site.
