"Great when you don't know what you don't know"

What do you like best about Heap? Heap is our first foray into usage monitoring and it has helped with building a proper set of metrics that allow us to make data-driven decisions for our product.

What do you like best about Heap? Being able to create funnels and graph comparisons in different user experiences. Being able to sort by user personas and different entry points. I also really like the ability to create new events (the new events builder) which is a good way to understand what attributes we need to build out in the code in order to better track metrics appropriately.

What do you like best about Heap? It lets non developers define events through the event visualizer, which is extremely powerful. That alone empowers the entire team to think about what data to collect and heap makes it incredibly easy to analyze it.

What do you like best about Heap? I like that it holds historical data for anything on the website. That means if we have a button that exists on the site, but we don't think to look into tracking it or analyzing its usage until a month after it's been created, we still have all of that data thanks to Heap.

What do you like best about Heap? The flexibility and reliability are extremely important in building up trust in our product usage data. Being able to track all our platforms, sites, and integrations in one place is a huge time saver and enables broad analysis across the company.
