What do you like best about Heap? Heap has an awesome user interface that is easy to navigate for folks across the business (e.g. engineers, marketers, etc.). The insights that Heap can draw in a short amount of time are extremely valuable. For context, I work at a hypergrowth startup that requires us to move extremely fast. Heap has enabled us to make educated decisions quickly and accomplish just that.

What do you like best about Heap? Not having to know which business questions you want/need to ask, you can go "back in time" to find data since Heap tracks all clicks on the page. Very easy to create funnels and analyze user behavior. Also a developer's dream without needing to add manual tracking tags to every element on the page.
