Best Automated Transcription I've Used
The transcription that comes out is quite good...waaaay better than YouTube's built-in captions (when YT's actually work). The interface for making corrections to the text is easy to use and lets me work quickly. A huge bonus is being able to indicate vocab words. I do tech tutorials and being able to tell it how to spell and capitalize software names is HUGE. And exporting to plain text, Vimeo's required file format, and YouTube's is easy.

It is a friendly online tool to transcribe interview audios.
It is a friendly online tool to transcribe. Very intuitive. I love it. Also, it supports many different languages and even in Spanish, I could select Chilean Spanish. That is more than I can say of other software.

A very easy to use service perfect for…
A very easy to use service perfect for those of us who don't have the time spare to transcribe interviews, etc. but are still happy to then edit/proofread the text.

I found it very simple to understand…
I found it very simple to understand and follow. It generated exactly what I wanted and what I expected. The results were very close to near perfect, word forr word.
