Really accurate, easy to use
Really accurate transcribing of not-so-high-quality audio, and editing of the transcripts in browser was super easy with automatic jumps to the section of the audio you are editing. Really impressed!

Very good price/quality!
You can't say anything when comparing the price with the quality. It's good, but not 5 star good. The reason is that accents are not well converted. I don't know how this is with more expensive services, but because of it you do need to quite a lot of finishing touches. Overall I'm still happy though.
