This company is a scam
This company is a scam. When you apply for a job they say they offer, they ask you to transcribe a free video and when you put your time and effort into it, they say you don't fit their profile. I know a couple of friends who had the same problem with them. I have been working in this business for over 3 years and wanted to see if they are really a scam and surprise surprise: they sent me an email saying I did not meet their needs. Automation, speed, and accuracy were incredible!
Great product! Easy to use and understand. I couldn't believe how accurate the AI was and how quickly everything processed. This is definitely a niche where automation is superior over humans for 95% of the projects we do.

Excellent transcription and captioning service. Cost effective and easy to use, and the automated captions are very accurate. Obviously you need to make a few corrections yourself, machine translations aren't always 100% accurate, but it's quick to do this with the really good interface Happyscribe have built and automated captions/transcriptions are way cheaper than the human captions - although they provide these too if you need them, Overall a very clever and well thought out product ...
